This is how to easily add your user file folder icon on taskbar
Right click on desktop and go to NEW and SHORTCUT
On location item field type: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe shell:UserFileFolders
And click button NEXT, gie the shortcut a name and click FINISH
Now, the new shortcut should have the specific icon, click on it and drag it to taskbar
Clicking on it will open your user file folder

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit – How to prevent install programs from removable media

 

 

If you have administrative rights you can prevent users from installing programs from removable media, like CD’s, DVD`s, USB portable drives and others

Click on start menu and on the search field type GPEDIT.MSC – hit enter
When group policy editor shows up, expand menu USER CONFIGURATION – ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES – WINDOWS COMPONENTS – WINDOWS INSTALLER
On the right side window double click menu PREVENT REMOVABLE MEDIA SOURCE FOR ANY INSTALL
Select option ENABLED and click button OK to save settings and close options

Click on start menu and type GPEDIT.MSC – hit enter
When group policy editor window opens expand menus USER CONFIGURATION – ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES – SYSTEM
With SYSTEM menu selected (not expanded) on the right side double click DON’T RUN SPECIFIED WINDOWS APPLICATIONS
And select ENABLED, then click button SHOW
Under VALUE type the application name you what to disable from running
You can add as many as you want
Then click button OK, you done
