Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit – How to change menu speed delay
Click on start menu and on the search field type REGEDIT.EXE and hit ENTER
With registry editor, open press key F3 and search for MenuShowDelay and click on Find Next
When done searching you should see on the right side of the window MenuShowDelay 400
Double click that entry and change it from 400 to 50
You can always change it back if its too fast, close registry and restart computer to see changes
