Internet Explorer – How to make a shortcut to desktop to force the browser start with no addons

I always keep 2 shortcuts for Internet Explorer, one that will load all add-ons, like pdf viewer, flash, search bar and others and one that will force the browser start with no add-ons loaded
This is how its done

Right click on desktop and from menu choose NEW – SHORTCUT
Click on button BROWSE and locate your Internet Explorer executable, usually on drive C – Program Files – Internet Explorer – iexplore.exe

At the end of the location, where you see iexplore.exe add -extoff
Now click on button NEXT
On the next screen you can give it a name, like IExplNoAddons and click button FINISH
Now when you double click the new created shortcut Internet Explorer will let you know that has no add-ons loaded
